Spotty Zit Cream is a leaky tube of zit cream with half open eyes, thick lips and gapped teeth. Her face is spotted with bright pimples.
Collector Card[]
Spotty Zit Cream's collector card is Card 14 in the series. She is popping a zit on her forehead, as the pus lump shoots out of her head, her cap is spurting high with pimple cream. She has the tagline of "Thar She Blows!" on the bottom.

- Like Rotting Toothpaste, Spotty Zit Cream resembles Oily Ointment, a Trashie from Series 3 of the Trash Pack.
- She, along with Sour Pineapple, were confirmed female in the cards. However, Spotty Zit Cream lacks eyelashes in her card, only being confirmed female with her tagline.
- Only her static art has special-colored lips, her figure only has a single lip in the same color as her body, while her catalog art lacks lips entirely.
- Her catalog art and static art give her six teeth, while she only has four on her figure.
