Snot Whipped Cream is a leaky spray can of whipped cream. He has some cream piping out from the top of his sprayer, along with two streams of it shooting out of his nostrils. He has puffed cheeks, a small, puckered mouth and is covered in flies.

- Snot Whipped Cream is similar to Wilbur Whipped Cream, a Season 6 Shopkin.
- He is one of two cream-based Grosseries from Series 2, the other being Cruddy Cream.
- He is the first non-animalistic Grossery to have a nose in his design.
- His catalog art and static art portrays his whipped cream in his blue variant as a light yellow, while it is a much brighter yellow on his figure.
