Moldy Meatball is a slimy, gone-off meatball, with flies and maggots crawling all over his body, and a splatter of slime on the top of his head. His face is placed low on his body, with a small, toothy grin and widely-opened eyes.

- Moldy Meatball is similar to Maggot Meatball, a Trashie from Series 3 of the Trash Pack.
- He is the only rare Series 2 Gross Greasies Grossery.
